CXC Sports Training Liability Waiver

Waiver & Release

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

Participation in baseball and softball training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from bats, balls, physical exertion, collisions, and training equipment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself and/or my minor child, release and hold harmless CXC Sports, Cory Cox, and any affiliated coaches, staff, or facilities from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in training activities.

3. Multi-Facility Acknowledgement

I understand that training sessions may occur at various indoor and outdoor locations not owned or controlled by CXC Sports. I accept all risks associated with participation at any such location.

4. Medical Authorization

I authorize CXC Sports and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement (Mutual)

Both parties agree not to make any false or misleading statements about the other. This does not restrict either party from making truthful statements or disclosures required by law.
